Cluster is looking for a strong team player who can promote and sell Cluster’s projects. You are very social and have a feeling for Cluster’s music projects. As a communications and press manager, you realize new communications in close consultation with the general and business coordinator.
Task package:
- Contacting and meeting programmers of concert halls, clubs and festivals in the Netherlands and abroad
- Maintaining and expanding contacts with the press
- Networking within the cultural field
- Representation at international fairs
- Devising and realizing communication in consultation with the artists and coordinators of Cluster
- Prospecting
Required Competency Profile:
- Higher education or equivalent experience.
- Possess good social skills and good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the professional field (music – performing arts) is recommended.
- Good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French and English is a plus
- Able to work independently, but also a team player
- Stress resistant.

- 1.5/5 contract + % on sales
- Commencing employment from August 2018
- Remuneration according to the music collective agreement, seniority determined on the basis of relevant experience
